More Businesses Permitted to Open Under Guidelines
Following the guidelines of a phased approach to re-opening the state, more industries and businesses can resume operations while adhering to health and safety guidelines. Retail businesses may resume in-store sales and shopping while maintaining a 50 percent capacity cap, bars and restaurants may open for outdoor dining only(see changes to indoor dining below), personal care facilities may re-open while enforcing all workers and customers wear masks or face-coverings, and childcare facilities may open back up while following health and safety standards.
Businesses opening brick and mortar locations are strongly encouraged to implement the guidelines set out by the CDC and OSHA, and are required to follow all State rules. Outdoor activities where social distancing is feasible can take place, and dates for re-opening certain entertainment venues have been set.
